7-Day Return & Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must not show any signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage.

Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

 

2. Damage or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must share:

  • A clear opening/unboxing video
  • Photos of the issue
  • Order number

Once verified, we will initiate a free return or replacement.

If the customer fails to provide proof of damage within 48 hours or provides evidence inconsistent with the issue, the return will be rejected.

 

4. Customer-Damaged Products (Not Eligible for Return)

Products will not be accepted if:

  • There is customer-induced damage (tears, stains, cuts, fabric pulls, perfume, washing, ironing marks).
  • The item was altered or tailored after delivery.
  • The product was used or handled roughly.

The brand reserves the right to decline the return if physical inspection shows the product is not in original condition.

 

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@uya.asia or contact us on +916386779452 through WhatsApp/Call/SMS.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos of the product.
  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  4. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address.
  5. After the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check (QC).

QC Timeline: 2–4 business days after product is received in warehouse

 

6. Refund / Exchange Process

After QC approval, you can choose:

A. Refund

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, as per your choice.
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days after QC approval.

B. Exchange

  • You may exchange for a different size, different product, or receive store credit valid for 6 months.

 

7. Return Rejection

Your return may be rejected if:

  • The product fails the QC check
  • Tags or packaging are missing
  • The product shows signs of wear or damage
  • The return request was placed after the 7-day window

If rejected, the liability lies with the customer and no refund will be issued.

 

8. Shipping Fee Deductions (If Applicable)

If your return is not due to our error (e.g., wrong size ordered, not liking the product), a return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
