1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

  • 1–2 business days for in-stock items
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day

During peak seasons or sale periods, processing time may extend by 1–2 days.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service availability and destination.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping (or mention your charges)
  • COD Orders: Additional COD fee may apply (optional)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking link.

You can track your order anytime via our courier partner’s tracking page.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address, email, and phone number are entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible if:

  • The address provided is incorrect or incomplete
  • The customer is unavailable during delivery attempts
  • The courier marks the package as “RTO – Return to Origin” due to customer unavailability

In such cases, we may charge an additional reshipping fee to send the package again.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If the package appears tampered with or damaged on delivery:

  • Please do not accept the package
  • Record a video and take photos
  • Contact us within 24 hours through email or contact no.

We will assist you immediately.

8. Shipping Delays

We work closely with our courier partners, but delays can happen due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Operational issues
  • Festivals and holidays
  • High-volume seasons
  • Remote pin codes

9. Order Cancellation After Shipping

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If the parcel is refused or not accepted, return-to-origin charges may be deducted from the refund.
